STANDARD PACKAGE SPECS

The Trim Line packages are designed with quiet non elevated bases.  The inlet or inline filters have high efficiency paper elements.  Premium grade chamber absorptive inlet and discharge silencers are standard.  Flexible connectors are provided for both the inlet and discharge side of the blower.  Enclosed OSHA guards and v-belt drives designed with a service factor of 1.4 above motor nameplate are standard components.  All parts come finish painted.  The proper Roots blower, and EPAC efficient motor are selected based on your specific needs.

Note: All accessories are provided with the necessary package fittings.

The Trim Line blower package kit can ship knocked down for assembly by the customer or as a completely assemble package.  All the required nuts, bolts, and gaskets are included.  No welding is required.  The base is drilled to accept the blower.  Templates are supplied to drill mounting holes for your specific motor.  Easy to follow drawings and instructions are supplied with each package along with two complete sets of O&M manuals.  Standard spcifications for consultant engineers are availabe upon request.  All components are prepared for domestic shipping.  All non-wearing parts are supplied with a 18 month limited warranty.
